Custom Scales for a Custom Knife?

I’m not sure if this is the best place to post this query so please let me know if there’s a better place. I recently purchased an A2 A9 (custom knife made in South Africa) and would like to change the scales on it to Blackwood CF (aka fatcarbon side cut). Does anyone know a great custom scales maker in the States I could reach out to for this type of work even if it’s a different type of CF? I’ve checked a few places online (WoK/EDC Gear House and two others) and they said they couldn’t do it. TIA!

Personally the only person I would trust to do this properly is Andre van Heerden. Have you asked him?

Thanks for the suggestion. I haven’t asked him yet. I was hoping to find out whether there was any well-reputed craftsman in the US who did this kind of work first.
