custom scales for kershaw chive?

hello everybody, does anybody here know where i can get a custom front handle scales for a chive or a leek? i want to get some made out of plexiglass so you can see the whole speedsafe system through the front of the knife. if anyone knows who might be able to do this and how much it would cost, let me know please.
 
well he says he cant do it because of size, and that all his work is by hand. he said i would need to find someone with something like a cnc machine or some type of machining equipment. any other ideas?
