Steve Schiffer utility folder. 3/16" differentially heat treated O-1 blade with dual 1/8" titanium liners. It's a beast of a knife. Oh the others aren't bad either. Can't recommend this guy's work enough.

Do you have any photos of just the folder? It would be nice to get a better look at it. I'm not sure what I think of the blade finish.
