That's not a bad idea; Kershaw's "reverse" serration pattern isn't very aggressive, compared to Benchmade's or Spyderco's.
My concern would be whether the knife was properly cooled when the serrations were ground. If not, the blade temper could be permanently ruined. That alone would keep me from buying that knife.
