Custom sheath for Sharpfinger

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to find someone to build a sheath for my 152 Sharpfinger. The upsweep on the blade apparently is difficult to accommodate, as I had one built and the point came through the sheath. Anyone out there familiar with this design that can build a quality sheath?
