Custom "Sheath Maker" needed

I hope this is the correct place to ask... When I got a Siegle Bowie knife recently, it came with his own hand made Kydex sheath and another beautiful leather sheath made in 2011 by a guy by the name of "S. Raschke". I would like to get in touch with Mr. Raschke as I have a sheath I would like him to make for another Bowie knife. Judging from the workmanship in this leather sheath, Mr. Raschke allmost has to be a maker who is well known for his work If someone here can point me in the direction of this maker, I would appreciate it!
