Custom sheath...

I need a custom sheath for my knife. I would rather it did not have a strap and I'd rather a kydex type sheath. If it were to have a strap I would want it to not make any contact with the knife at all (it has serrations - combo edge 60/40).
Concealex is also an option.

The knife is not in conventional lay out. It is a Mike Snody design made for HK incorperated and Benchmade knife company. I have a problem with the sheath they gave me, it is too big and not durable enough and the straps get in the way. Also the soft cover is a problem. When re-sheathing in the dark the knife can end up between the zytel (the sheath's 'skeletal structure') and the nylon that surrounds it.
