Wow these must have been real limited.. I think I've only seen 3 people say they got one.. who got one besides me?
 
Do you guys think most people who order post here? Kind of a question I've wondered about for a bit.

Stealth HOGS are pretty much what inspired the hog concept from a little I have heard in the past. INFI black holes... ;)
 
When someone tried to get a count of the WTF's I think maybe 15 or so responded-Be Leary of Hogs they are a treacherous bunch

I would think so... blades are some hard to come by in opt 2 weeks... if you are not on monitoring...you would have to stumble onto the website on the 3-4 days a blade is available... an the chances it's the right blade for you...doubt that happens much..imho

True. I think it's kind of the perfect situation for most buyers to be on bladeforums.

Really nice cleaver, but I allowed this one to trek on down the road. Why? I have some old cleavers that are in great shape, a few with even larger blades than this tempting offer. I suspect the Busse cleaver will be an ultra rare piece like the WTF.

Some of the vintage US made cleavers are super tough and still have a lot of life in them. And yes, scores of BF members follow new offerings etc.

There could also be a large number of people who are on their email list but don't hang out here.
 
OK... I'll bite.
Been off the Forums and not buying Busse's for a few years now... I think my last post was in 2009. Email about this one brought me back for one Custom Shop Cleaver. Is it a hefty cost for a limited use item? Sure, but it will not be a "Safe Queen". I have a couple XXL NICK's that I use in the kitchen and camp and this will get used as well.
