Correct. It's a mid tech ff kephart stainless blade with a custom handle in place of the bolt on micarta handle.As far as I can tell, these all follow the same format and only the handle materials differ from each knife?
Am I missing anything, or is there a reason they're called "Custom shop?"

I agree 100%. The custom shop gives one an Andy Roy custom handle with a stainless steel (except for the Camp Knife) that is more capable across multiple environments due to resisting the elements better.Custom Shop Fiddlebacks are made with MidTech blades from Crucible CPM S35VN or 3V on the Camp. They'll outlast you and are easy to sharpen. In their CS form they are the Fiddleback best of both worlds in Stainless, so while care is required, not the level of Carbon Steel A/O.
