Custom Shop question? (Joe, CJ)

I placed my first order at the Custom Shop, I did not receive any verification via email. Is this normal? How do I verify the order went through?
I can't believe my first order wasn't even for me, its for a friend, Lt.Col. in the Army. I will remedy that soon.
