Bought this knife in the last extravaganza. I love the look, the feel, and most of all, the weight of this knife. However, it is made of non-coated SR101 and I am not big on maintenance. This knife needs to go to someone that will care for it and use it, not sit in my safe and rust. Here is the only picture I have at the moment. Knife for sale is the one in the middle.
It had a tiny spot of rust forming on the blade when I got it, and it has a small amount on the handle now. I've been told it is easy to remove and putting wax on it after cleaning will stop it from forming again. I just don't want to mess with a knife that requires that much maintenance. The knife has never cut anything, still has the factory edge.
I'm asking $350 shipped or trade for anything Busse or Swamp Rat with a coated blade. I would love to have a Ratchet, Camp Tramp, Hell Razor, or Skeleton Key. Other possible trades are an Al Mar SERE 2000 or Gerber Clip-Lock with the Blackie Collins serrated blade.
