custom shop trouble

anybody else having trouble getting into the custom shop? I put in name hit proceed and it starts to load but freezes up everytime. I get Pete at the bench on top working but it never finishes loading. Am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem the first couple of times that I tried to get in. After getting in the first time load time diminished (by about one third).

Oh, for Pete's sake!

I will contact lifter4Him (Irish?) to discuss loading issues with the site.

I have had one report that installing the most recent version of the AOL browser (IE5) greatly improves the performance of the knife shoppe. One way or another we'll get him a DC!

Hi Pete. Sorry to bother a busy knife engineer like yourself but I saw a web link to the "order status page" for the custom shop.I didn't bookmark it and now I can't find it again! Could you post an address or a link so I (and others, of course) could check on the order status on-line?
