Custom shop vs regular shop?

While waiting for the Mink Oil to dry on my tricked out sheath, I was admiring my AD and looking over the "Busse Custom Shop" logo. A question came to mind.

What exactly is the difference between the "Custom Shop" and the "Regular Shop"?
