Looks great, I really like those scales. I just sent a batch of wood off to WSSI and now wish I would have had a couple blocks dyed.

Thanks! Burton, can I ask? what kinda knives are you making out of your burl?

I have been mainly making hunting and camping type knives. I am working on a few that I post up pics of once I complete them. I should be getting the wood back from WSSI early next week.

cool  I look forward to seeing your work.

I buy all my wood prestabilized and dyed. A lot from K & G Supply.

Have a great weekend.

I have a buddy that has a hardwood mill and he puts aside a lot of choice pieces for me. I also do some woodworking. My garage is full of wood right now. This was the first time I have sent anything to WSSI but I have bought a few pieces that have been real nice. I have more that I will send to them and will probably do a few dyed. It is much cheaper to do it through them and they are great guys to work with up there. The few blocks that I have bought at shows were $20.00 each and they will do it for less than $20.00 a pound which is a few blocks. Anyhow sorry to go on about the wood. Again great looking knife. Also checked out your website a lot of great looking knives.
