Custom Slippies

I've enjoyed the posted pictures of custom slip joints. Could we not start a thread (kept at the top) dedicated to the custom slip joint. It would be nice to see everything complied under that one thread with makers identified (if necessary, Remember, not all of us have had the opportunity to own or even handle these customs) and a complete description of materials used.
