Hey all does anyone know of a maker or a company where custom scales for spyderco models can be found . I have looked and asked around (not here) and can’t seem to find any. A few people I know personally that make mule scales and other brand scales , have said they are extremely hard to work with and cannot or would rather not. I do recall some years ago a guy named Roman I think who did mods and his signature was a handprint . Any input would be appreciated thanks guys !.

Alan Putman at BLADESCALES makes them in G-10, lots of nice colors, too.
Thanks man appreciated, I have a nice black ray pelt that I’m hoping to get put on a cru wear pm2 . The scales aren’t awful but I was disappointed that they differed vastly from the pics . They were supposed to be tan micarta and are more like that burnt orange you see as a vehicle paint color and only pick it becuase it’s a cheaper option !
I’m looking for someone who could take a sting ray skin I have and put it onto a PM2 . How hard this would be I am not sure , I’m guessing that it would be likely that it would be epoxied onto wood shaped to fit the pm2 scales and the tolerances for the ray skin would be allowed for
