custom spyderco.

This guy is kidding right?

Why would anyone ever....... o nevermind that's just pathetic....

Caught that on the Spyderco Forum. Don't even know, reminds me of CM's early work when under the influence of certain substances.

How do you tell someone that their work . . . well . . . you know . . . sucks? If you made that for yourself, that's one thing; but to do that and try to sell it?

thx - cpr

Hate to have that in my pocket when the ship goes down ... like havin' a brick

Well, somewhere under all that junk is a poor old Mariner with probably some life left in it... when you have ripped off all the s**t this guy screwed on the knife and filed away the "file work" on the top of the blade, you may end up with a nice, still already abused EDC. The only thing that isn't ruined are the serrations after all :)

The handle is one thing but that sure is some interesting "file work" there on the blade...

You would have to be on PCP to think this looks good in any regard.

This is the part that makes me laugh."I hate to see a knife with out handles.I'm a knifemaker so i fix up knives and Spyderco is my number 1 knives to fix up"
Too funny!

He fixed that one up?? He must have forgotten the "after" pictures. If that's his idea of fixed up, then I'd hate to have seen the before... I think I was "customizing" pakistan flea market knives that way when I was 11.

Maybe the guy is just working on perfecting his custom job skills? I personally think the real art here is posting it on ebay and selling it.

You have to be brave or stupid to call yourself a knife maker and attach those photos.:barf:

I wonder if he gets many orders out of this......

The 10 bids can easily be explained by very encouraging parents.
