Custom Steak Knives

I searched the forums, but didn't find what I need. I am interested in purchasing a set of 8 steak knives from a custom maker. Does anybody know a maker who makes steak knives? Steel doesn't have to be exotic; maybe 440C or similar, and I am interested in polished Micarta or stabilized wood handles. Can anybody point me in the right direction? I'm looking to spend $75 - $100 each and need them in time for Christmas.

Thanks,
Clark

Thanks for the vote of confidence Roger but I have avoided posting because I only have 6 in stock and with my health problems it is not possible to make up any more before Christmas.

For those who haven't heard I am waiting for bypass surgery next month so I have been concentrating on completing all orders in house before then. Afterwards, during the recovery period, I will fill the time doing scrimshaw and working on my folder program.

Itrade just posted a heckuva nice looking veggie destroyer, and I think he's done some other kitchen knives.

J.P. Holmes made two steak knives for me last year...blade steel is S90V with black walnut handles. They were 100.00 each. He uses S90V, 154CM and S30V along with a variety of wood and micarta handles. Excellent workmanship and a deal at twice the price.
