Custom Steven Kelly Lightspeed

Here's the one-of-a-kind custom Lightspeed Steven Kelly made for me ..... I picked out the wood and Damascus .... but Steve's talent building this just blew me away! Scales are Black Palm with dark polished zirconium bolsters (matching zirconium clip and raised back-spacer). Blade is Del Ealy Damascus in his fish pattern. Liners are anodized and file-worked titanium. I will go to sleep tonight a happy guy!!!

steve from s and k knives in montana? if so, i lived ten miles away from him and visited his shop once. he is very talented. i wish i could have gained some more insight and been apprenticed or something but perhaps it was not to be.

Yup .... that's him. Not only very talented, but also a great guy ....... and very much overworked. So much so, that he won't be opening his order book for at least the rest of this year. I have three of his knives ..... but this one is special, as it is the only one of the three made just for me with materials I selected.
