Custom tactical folder maker who can inlay ivory?

I'd like to get a knife and have it scrimshod, like this Sebenza:

Unfortunately CRK won't inlay large pieces of ivory any more, and I've been unable to find a knife I like that already has ivory in it that I could get worked on. Does anyone know a maker who is currently taking orders that might be able to do this? The complication is that I don't want an artsy type knife, but something more tactical (yes, I know everyone hates that word, but you know what I mean). Something along the lines of David Mosier or John W. Smith. Any recommendations? Thanks much.

You will get many choices. Here's one to start:

Pat and We Crawford have been making Dress Tacticals Art Knives for years. Plenty of canvas for a scrimshander, and they qualify for hard use.

Does it have to be a us maker ? There are some paticularly good knives coming out of south Africa , des van horn being one maker .
