Custom TAK-1

Hi!
I have to say that I love this blade! Not that happy with the handle ... so I tried another shape that works better for my hands ...
I wonder if anyone else made any modifications to a TAK-1 ...
And another problem is the sheath ... any personal work?

Looks like beech or white oak.....maybe red. Nice job. How are the scales attached?

I modified my RAT-3 by replacing the Micarta scales with some I made from mesquite. I drilled holes using the micarta scales as a pattern and used the existing screws to attach them. I recently put the Micarta back on.
 
For the moment is just some plywood ... I am experimenting with different shapes ... and I was wondering what ideas you guys might have!
Any ideas for a custom sheath?
 
Are you looking for kydex or leather or what? If your looking for a tactical type sheath spec ops i steh way to go, for kydex there are many makers here on the forum. (i do not work for spec ops)
