Recommendation? Custom texas toothpick

Hi everyone,

I am currently in the process of finding my 'one knife' and fell in love with the Case small Texas toothpick size and silhouette. While Case makes very nice knives, i think i want something just that little bit nicer.

So I am asking for recommendations on knifemakers who do custom handmade toothpicks.
