Custom Title changing for others is temporarily suspended.

Pending my review of the policies and a final decision, I'm stopping allowing custom titles for other people.

You can still change your own title for $10 for the time being. Remember, keep it clean. Platinum members, of course, can change their titles as often as they want, to whatever they want.
