Bought these custom cocobolo scales from tommythewho a week or two ago and here is what landed on my doorstep after coming home from snowboarding today.
Let me just say, these scales are top of the line for the dollar. The wide fit of these scales makes the BK-11 a whole lot more comfortable for me, and I have medium sized hands. At first, I thought it would bug me out not having the extra lanyard loop for my pinky, but the extra width of the scales really does make up for it. Oh yeah, and the scales add to the effectiveness of the sheath's retention. With paracord wrap, the wrap often would ride up and cause the sheath not to close properly. So without further ado, here are some pictures:

I think I may have gone overkill with the pictures this time, but oh well.
Just picked up a new Edge Pro Apex and BK-9 online, so I will be patiently waiting for those to come.
Edit: To GarnetandBlack: It is a grapefruit patina. I had a thread about it a few days ago.
