I would say that is an excellent redition on the concept/design, with a very ergo looking handle.
It seems the 'tracker' style knives are either a love/hate thing. They get a lot of negative commentary, but they don't seem to stick around too long on exchanges (not that that in and of itself means alot)...would like to see more in-use reports.
I think if it has features you use in your style of outdoor activities, and you know how to use that blade properly, it can offer a good amount of utility, if executed well (good edge geometry, quality materials, heat treat, ergos, etc). But it would appear to be 'jack of all trades/master of none' kind of knife...which might not be a bad thing if you don't need a specific style knife (say a fine fillet blade). Out in the woods, most of us would probably want a knife that could multi-task to some degree.
