Top blade is an Allen Blade pack pal, bottom blade is a Matt Lamey utility. I believe both are 1095 (the AB is for sure, I cannot remember on the Lamey) and flat ground. The Lamey utility is flat ground and has Matts wicked convex edge. The AB pack pal is flat ground to a nice beveled edge. Both came literally shaving sharp. I have used the Lamey utility continuously for everything and just strop it to keep the edge keen. The AB just came last week and has not seen any use other than opening the mail, but it will.
