Custom Washer Sizes?

Does anyone have any recommendations for suppliers who can make phosphor bronze washers to my specifications.

I've tried nearly a dozen suppliers online, all of whom were either unwilling to make them in the small amount I would need, or flat out refused to make them period.

Any help would be appreciated.

What I'm looking for are Phosphor Bronze washers with:

Inner Diameter: between .157 and .162 inches
Outer Diameter: between .430 and .435 inches
Thickness: .001 or .002 inches

Preferably on the lower end of all three measurements.

Anybody have any suggestions, I need about 20 of these.

Try Sheffield Supply. They make them and they also sell sheets of phosphorus bronze, copper in the thickness you are looking for I believe, teflon, nylon and I believe stainless to use for making your own washers.
