Wow, there isn't much left of it.
 
I don't whittle but in my mind that would be a nice tool to use, big handle 307 with the 2 smaller blades and 1 used for scratching. Hopefully who ever owned this used the heck out of it. It sure looks like it. Like Neil Young says "It's better to burn out than to rust".
