A short while ago, I emailed Lisa at Wolf Creek Forge and asked her if she would make a hawk for me. I had one in mind and emailed her a link for it. She was great and kept me updated with the progress and finally completed pictures.
Well it arrived and I couldn't be happier with it, my first custom hawk. Here's a few quick pictures. I haven't had time to play with her yet.
Her specs are;
Head is forged 1060 steel
head is 1 Lb. 5 ozs.
Bit is 3.5"
Poll to bit, 5.75"
Handle, Curly maple
total length, 18.5"
total weight 1 Lb. 15 ozs.
She's SWEEEET !!!
