Customer Service A+

Charlynn is great. I've dealt with her before on a similar issue and I received the same outstanding customer service.
 
I fully agree. She is one of the best. Have you noticed that great old fashion, friendly customer service is almost extinct in most places? Gives me warm feeling to know that if I need some help with my Spyders, someone is ready and willing to help out.

Nothing but good to say about them myself - they often do things they don't even have to.
 
spyderco customer service is top notch. my little story is that my baliyo had broken and i had commented on a YT video about it. about 2-3 weeks after that spyderco contacted me saying to send my baliyo in. :eek: they actively searched me out to fix the problem. as of right now i havent sent it my baliyo though :D i keep forgetting about it. but nonetheless spyderco has some amazing customer service.
