Folks,

I have a Manix 2 xl that has some side to side blade play, and the lock mechanism is somewhat "sticky".

Does Spyderco have a customer service email that I can use for questions ?

Definitely needs a Tune Up....

You can send them an email via their website by going to http://www.spyderco.com/contact/

Selecting I need help with a warranty issue from the Warranty & Repair — Customer Service drop down menu and pressing the go button will open up an email form.

Thanks

I was looking for a direct email - can't access some websites from work.

If someone has one, a PM would be terrific....

I would just call SFO, I think warrant & repair extension is #255 but I can't remember for sure. I do know they can be slow responding to emails sometimes but are great on the phone.

I've been leaving messages about a broken clip on my Delica, asking for a replacement. Three emails, over two months. No response at all. I've pretty much given up.

Clip broke in July. It's just been sitting on my dresser since.

FWIW, Spyderco does not warranty clips against breakage, only against defects. Your best bet would be to call SFO and order a new one.

Let's close this before it becomes a soap box...

Thanks for those who sent or posted information
