I wasn't sure about posting this in the general discussion and I may be preaching to the choir. I sent my Cat back because the blade had gone so off-center that it had been rubbing against the liner. It was returned, not close, but dead-center. It was sharpened too. Thanks Spyderco.

How long did it take from shipping to receiving?

I've had good luck both times I've sent stuff in. I was surprised the 2nd time that I got my knife back as a scalpel, and it went in because of a blade/liner rub issue.
