Customer service - how long?

I managed to lose the left hand pocket clip from my large voyager and I really need it now. I emailed Cold Steel just before the last parking lot sale and have never heard anything. I emailed again late last week. How long does it take for a response?

They don't seem to check their e-mail too often, it's best to give them a call. They're closed until the 8th though doing their inventory.
 
We may not have any replacement clips in stock and we could be waiting on a new shipment. I'm not sure.
I am not a member of that team so I can't be 100% sure.

I acquired a Vaquero Grandé in VG1 circa 2007-2008 recently and the pocket clip paint was chipped. I called CS and asked if they had any and they had a few and put one in the mail, free of charge and I got it in a few days.
