I just got the phone with customer service and man am I a happy camper! Got a t-tool for christmas and the one of the bits wore down to the point of being useless after removing one screw from my Shallot. Called up and a replacement is being shipped out no problem or hassle. I wish all the companies I deal with were like this!:thumbup:
