Customer Service (long)

I just wanted to let you know that I am impressed with your customer service. I sent my police model in to get the blade tightened (it was getting verrry loose),and sharpened (serrated). When I called to check on my knife I was told that the lock had failed the safety test and that the blade could not be tightened, but that I could pay the difference in price and they would send me a G-10 police model. Your people were very courteous and very helpful.
I only have two questions,
1. Is the G-10 Police (plain edge ) in stock?
2. Can I get my black Police model shipped back? (it was a gift)

G-10 Police Models are in stock (& they are very nice). I don't know the current policy on returning a defective knife. The defective knife is a possible liability, which is why we don't like to return them. Check with Angela. You may have to sign a release?
