I sent FFBM to BUSSE for recoating.
And the knife which returned was attached to new handle not to mention recoating newly.

It is totally like a new knife!

The customer service of BUSSE is really splendid!!

Good to hear that. I never had to make use of their service, but when the time comes I will send in my knives with piece of mind. Congratulations on the makeover :thumbup:
 
I have had nothing but positive experiences related to Busse customer support/satisfaction.

Been there done that and you Sir are 100% correct!!! I have always have wonderful service at the HOG parlor even if it were nothing but a question.

+1. Best customer service Ive ever dealt with, no bs.
 
Everyone at Busse is awesome. I don't think it's possible they would leave someone unsatisfied, no matter what they had to do...:thumbup:.
