Just wanted to drop a quick note to the folks at Boker's warranty service. Jann took in my Urban Trapper which I had just purchased along with a few other Boker products. The kwaikens I had received came perfect but the Urban Trapper's action was gritty and the screws on the handle were stripped.

I sent it out to Boker + a check to cover s&h and I got my knife back about 2.5 weeks later along with my check uncashed. Thanks Jann and Boker!

Gotta say I've really been digging your new products lately!
