Customer service rocks

I just had my first experience with benchmade customer service. I dropped my knife which caused up and down play in the blasde so I sent it in to them to be fixed. This is a brand new rukus ii. There was a scratch on the scale from when I dropped it. I asked them to replace it knowing there would be some kind of cost. It was a little more than I expected and after speaking with Kori, in customer service, she gave me 50% off on the replacement Scales. There customer service is great, I'll be adding more benchmades to my collection!

I've had great customer care from Benchmade and Buck as well. Spyderco customer service can be ok, but not in the same league as Benchmade and Buck.
 
Customer support is what makes Benchmade products a great deal over the long term.
That has been a big deciding factor for me with my Benchmade purchases. I know I basically don't have to worry about messing them up because Benchmade will fix them up without much cost. Best customer service I've experienced with any company honestly.
 
After a few weeks, I got deep carry clips for my Barrage and mini grip and replacement screws for the Barrage. Thanks again BM. Now saving up for a 943 and got the clip all ready.;)
