Customer service second to none- please read

Howdy, fellow fans of the hawk,
If you read my previous postings, you know that I had some problems with my scout, and, well, as a mere worm I panicked.
What I want you all to know is not only did Suzanne help instantly fix my problem over the phone on monday morning, I received a call from Andy himself at my home, that afternoon. He called to be sure that everything was to my satisfaction, and to offer to take a look at my hawk for me. This impresses the heck out of me. When was the last time that one of you had a problem at Target, or Walmart, or McDonalds, etc, and then had the President call you up to be sure everything was okay? Of course, never. But, Andy did.
This proves to me the commitment and integrity that he and his employees put into his business. I wish the people I worked for had the same level of customer service. this was my first purchase. My business will not make or break his compnay. but, he cared enough to take time out of his workday to deal with the situation above and beyond my expectations.
If I was Andy, Suzanne, or any of the other people who help make ATC what it is, I'd be pretty proud of the job I did.
 
I have spoke with Andy many times on the phone, and I agree...He is the BEST, when it comes to customer SERVICE (and as a good-guy). I haven't yet had the pleasure to converse with Suzanne, but I can only imagine that she is also tops in taking care of ATC customers.

ATC is one of those companies who really DOES put their customer "first".
