Got my ZT0561 and Skyline Red Stonewashed back from customer service. I sent them in because the Skyline wouldn't center and the detente was weak on the ZT and I couldn't install the pocket clip on the G10 side point up. The detente on the ZT is now perfect, and the pocket clip in installed, so thanks! The Skyline isn't much better than it was when I sent it in. Maybe a little, but I didn't want them to replace it and perhaps there just wasn't much they could do. At least it doesn't swipe the scale side when it closes although I can't flip it. Perhaps it'll loosen up with time. Still love the knife and the ZT is "like buttah."

Update: I've been messing around with this Skyline and except for a slight recurve on the blade near the handle it's in about the same state it was when I sent it in. That is, when the pivot is tightened enough to center the blade you can't really move the blade without a lot of effort. I'm tempted to say they didn't do anything, but I don't recall that recurve being there before. Maybe they tried to regrind the blade? Whatever they did, it didn't work.

I will say that the detente on the ZT is much better. It no longer just pops open when you shake it a little, and it deploys much more reliably with the flipper. The Skyline is OK. I can loosen it to the point that it's fairly easy to open (although it won't flip) and it's just a little off center. I guess there's only so much you can do without just replacing the knife.

If you have another Skyline handy (and one that flips like you want), try swapping the blades with your RDSW (just the blade - leave the liners & washers in their respective handles). If the stonewash blade flips fine in the other handles, it may be the detent needs adjusting on the liner lock in the red handles. If the stonewash blade still doesn't flip smoothly in the other handles (and the other blade flips fine in the red handles), then I'm not sure what to try next. Maybe compare the two blades (looking at the pivot and detent areas), although if the difference is very slight, you might not be able to see it.
