Just wanted to give a big shout out to Kershaw for once again dishing out some great service today. Had to get a new torsion bar for my 1555 Cryo. Called them up and had one on the way in less than 5 minutes. Didnt waste my time and talked to a real person, in the United States, which is always much appreciated! Nice job Kershaw and KAI.
 
Why I keep and will continue to keep supporting them. Real nice people to talk to on the phone too! Have always gone above and beyond to help out
 
Can't agree more. It would be nice to have Sarah or Cheryl on the forums as mods too. ;)
 
I have to agree great service! Had to send in my 0560 and they had it back to me in less than 2 weeks from the time I shipped it!!
