Just want to know about others experience with Boker's customer service. I ordered a blade from Boker US' website. There was nothing on the knife's page about it being out of stock (or any other knives' as far as I could tell). I didn't get any email confirmation after my order so I called a few hrs. later. The lady said it was an invalid email. She read half of my address as having been submitted but I checked twice. So I gave her the whole address. About 4hrs later I finally received an email but saying the knife was unavailable. I sent a reply about 6hrs ago and haven't heard back. Disappointed.
