Just want to know about others experience with Boker's customer service. I ordered a blade from Boker US' website. There was nothing on the knife's page about it being out of stock (or any other knives' as far as I could tell). I didn't get any email confirmation after my order so I called a few hrs. later. The lady said it was an invalid email. She read half of my address as having been submitted but I checked twice. So I gave her the whole address. About 4hrs later I finally received an email but saying the knife was unavailable. I sent a reply about 6hrs ago and haven't heard back. Disappointed.
 
Give them more time, expecting them to reply within 6 hours is unreasonable. I would give them 48 hours. In this case it is already the weekend, and Monday is a holiday, so if you don't get a response by Tuesday, then you would have some cause to complain.

That being said, it is their fault for not having up to date stock status on their site. Try ordering the knife from another retailer, you might get a better price too.
