Customer Service?

I posted a thread in this category a little over a week ago, and was told to contact spark.

I sent him a personal message shortly thereafter as he is the only one who actually handles the money.

After two days I sent him an email with still no reply. I am very patient as my specialty is customer service and sales, but after a week with no response from him? I am getting a little frustrated with the customer service here and the lack thereof, the mods on the other hand are some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

I can understand if spark is out of town or something, but a reply soon would be nice. Now I don't like complaining and whining without a solution, so what do I do guys? is there another way to try and contact him? do I wait another week? do I wait another week after that?

Life has been hectic here lately, with website glitches to deal with. Still, he seems to be keeping up with customer service generally. I don't know why this one got away.

If your issue is regarding a product or service not received for money paid, use the first number listed--

"Our 800 number is for processing product orders only! All other calls should be directed to our information line."

Real life has been getting in the way of this site and other business, nobody's fault but mine. If your issue hasn't been resolved let me know specifically with an email to spark at bladeforums dot com
