I ordered a Rodent 6 on the sixth and decided a little after that I wanted to add a customization , I sent an email with what I wanted along with my number and a time to call (Like the site says) It's been two days since I sent an email and asked on the website's "Custom Shop" tab and I have heard nothing. I don't know if I did something wrong or not , the email I sent to was the info@swamprat.com. I even sent a message through the site and still nothing. I want to ask for the modification before they get started on the knife.

The two days you've been waiting happen to be Saturday & Sunday, SRKW's customer service is awesome and I'm sure you'll be taken care of but you're only going to get a response during business hours on a business day. ;)
 
Swamp Rat customer service? I sent an email for a new order this morning, and got a response 10 minutes later. (Of course, I waited until after the weekend to contact them)

Yeah I didn't really think about the weekend being a factor in this.

I did get a reply about one of the customizations , but not for the other one. I wanted to see about getting a Fuller on my Rodent 6 but it's too hard to see the grind lines on the blade to see if one would fit. I want something like this http://imgur.com/XJcCF68

Sorry but we can not put a Fuller on the Rodent six. With the sabre grind line where it is there would not be enough room. Sorry
 
SRKW's customer service is excellent! Hopefully you don't have to wait too long for your new 6 :) That's gonna look gnarly with the red and black g10 with red liners. Did you go for a black blade or a different color?

I didn't add the liners but I asked about getting a Tanker Gray finish
 
They will do Tanker or any other coating for you on the Rodent series it will just add a bit more to the cost of the knife.
 
Yeah , it's slightly more than I have at the moment

You don't pay until the knife is almost ready to ship. The shop is busy right now; so there's a pretty good chance we'll be waiting (we, because I've got a recently placed order) at least 2, probably 3 months (possibly a little more). If you can come up with the $40 in two months, get the color you want.

I had them go ahead and charge my card because I was afraid I would spend too much and not have enough to cover the cost of the knife
