I have sent numerous emails stating the same thing: The automated system does not allow shipping to my location.This is begining to feel like a joke.

This is NOT good customer service.

Did you try to give them a call?

Also, which location? You have 3 listed and their drop down menu has 2 of them.
 
I have, The woman on the phone said it was too much of a hassle to send and that she wish she could help more.
 
Well you live in THREE PLACES according to your profile. Maybe when you are closer to the West Coast being in Vancover give it another try. I am sure Emerson would like your business, but they stated NO SHIPPING TO SOUTH KOREA. I am sure Mr. Emerson will not break the law.

Apprently you are tring to use a CREDIT CARD, and they "Emerson or EKI" wants the Shipping & Billing Address on your card to be the same.

Good luck, and last call Emerson and talk with Ernesto he is a very nive man, also Ann who answer the phone is top notch. I have never ever taled with asnyone at Emerson who I would call less than wonderful.

I've responded to your inquirers 3 times stating that we could help you. We also talked to the lady you talked to and informed her that we wouid help you in any way possible. If you could all us we can help you. The system is correct in that we don't ship to Korea but for YOU we can make an exception I just a need some sort of effort on your end raises the automated website. Please don't tell us we have poor customer service when you won't even let us bend over backwards for you. You're also a member on the USN. We tried to reach there as well with no response.
 
i read the thread on the USN too

emerson cutsomer service was always able to help me receive my orders - since i am from austria and have the same issue with ordering from the US using my credit card and different shipping adresses

in fact Mr Ernesto went all the way last friday when i gave him a call to add something to my order - even though there was A LOT going on and they all sure had their hands full this time of the year

EMERSON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT - ALWAYS TRYING TO HELP AND RESPONDING TO MAILS AND PHONECALLS IMMEDIATELY! :thumbup:

EMERSON Rep as well as some others offered to help you with your order - and yet you complain instead of letting them help you - sounds like nagging on purpose to me :confused:

Well it look like Emerson is jumping threw hoops again to deliever customer service.
 
I even PM'd him my personal cell phone number. He said he'd call EKI in the morning. Told him to call EKI between 9-10a today and talk to Megan since she was aware of his situation. We also sent an email. No response.
 
If he's in Vancouver BC there's a place he can walk into that has well over 100 in stock & 36 on sale. Can't name it but it's there and anyone local will know it.

This guys act is getting real old. I saw he had some Emerson's for sale on another forum. Hopefully he moves on.

Some people just complain for attention like my looser Nephew. Complained and begged for 20 years he want to move to move to Arizona, has been here 3 years.

Hate its, can't find a great job, it is too hot, everything is wrong with were he wanted to be. The looser is 48, never graduated HS, never got a GED, Never learned a trade, never was in the military. The world has dumped on him.

His problem is the image he see in the mirror, and he don't get the fact that life has passed him by.

Family members have tried to help him, tried to point him to entry level jobs with a future. He has big dream he will never achieve, as he never put any personal effort into his dreams.

If this guy complaining about Emerson CS is a Troll ignore him, people including Emerson Rep tried to help him.

Give it a rest already. I saw your other post too. You are coming across as a troll that doesn't actually want to be helped.
