Customer Support...???

I put in a request for a thumb stud for my pioneer II a few weeks ago and have yet to see hide nor hair of it!!!


how long should I hang on before calling back?

I would call back in the morning. I called Christina a week or so and asked about getting a spring for my Pioneer, it showed up in the mail three days later! I have been extremely pleased with their customer service. The thumb stud probably got lost in the mail somewhere. Try giving them another call. Good luck.

yes call back ASAP - sent my SIFU to bob brothers (lock probs) and it should come home via UPS tomorrow (friday) exactly 10 days involved, mostly shipping.....

Bob reground the blade on my Sifu and sent it back to me on the same day!!! I only had to be without it for 8 days.
