Its not easy, a lot of work can come undone at this stage, I guess why most makers stear clear of "stacked welts". I use a stitch wheel on the face side & carefully line up the rear side after some trial shots then marry the front to the back. Its slow, full of pitfalls & needs lots of practice.That's a stout package. How'd you get the holes for stitching to line up front to back with so many layers. Looks very good.

Drill press rarely keeps the hole straight if you try to drill all the way through on a flat or slanted surface (in my experience)...or use a drill press....
Australian customs are seizing all folders that can be opened one hand!!!!! so they (Strider SMF) bring a lot more than $300 here.Someone's 300+ dollar knife is worth a LOT more now! Nice.
