Customize a SAK farmer with....

So I want to customize a SAK farmer with a one hand opening blade and scissors.

Do you guys have any tips? What is the best way to take this knife apart?
Do you have any suggestions as to where I could find a blade to fit the bill?
Any suggestions on how to modify the existing blade?

I doubt it's possible. There isn't a scissor Vic makes that fits the Alox models, and as for the blade, you're on your own.

Scissors and pocket clip are not a problem. Bill Evans aka Scibeer did these for me.

The scissors came from a standard 91mm knife, but have to have the hook on the backspring so they will fit (you can't use the hook, but you have to use the spring that goes with the hook).

www.knifekits.com sells several clips that fit and work very well.
