I had this work done recently. I'm very pleased with how it came out. The handle is Camelthorn (Acacia erioloba).

From what material is the hilt and butt cap made?

How is the tang attached to the handle?

The hilt is nickel silver and butt is aluminum. My understanding is the tang is modified to add threads then the butt and fitting is polished flat.

This is reminiscent of my Randalls in many ways.
