Holy sh!t, thats a sweet blade, I'm not so keen on the swedge but everything else is just amzing...Great work man. Shame I already customized my esky, otherwise I'd have done contoured scales like those, speaking of scales, good idea on recycling tweener scales, never would have thought about that myself.

Nice work brudda. Creative use of the tweener scales. ;)

Very nice! How does it feel in hand with those scales?

A swedged 14 with longer scales would be an ideal EDC, I figger. Very creative. I like it.

Thanks guys, the scales feel great and it was a hell of a lot easier than starting from scratch. I still want to polish it up more then blue it, I might also add some jimping.

I like how that turned out, it really does look like a whole new knife and I have not seen anybody do anything like that yet! Good job!

Thanks guys, I'll try to remember to put up more pictures as I make more progress on it.

That turned out good. Any plans for a sheath?

I hadn't really given it much thought but I would probably go kydex. It definitely has no retention in the stock sheath as of now haha

I picked up some gun blue the other day while at the store. I really like the dark color. I am curious to see how it holds up.
